Kushary and Sa'idi

Kushary tea is typically drunk in the Northern region of Egypt.  

Sa'idi is a bitter black tea is preferred in Southern Egypt. 

A common nickname for tea in Egypt is "duty" (pronounced in Arabic as "wa-jeb" or "wa-geb"), as serving tea to a visitor is considered a duty.
